We only require the main system unit no controllers, cable's, power adapters unless we requested them.

Pack your console in suitable packaging.

Only Send your Console with registered (Insured) Post.

We DO NOT require any additional items with your Console. However, on some occasions we may ask you to send in additional equipment to test. If so, please tell us what else was sent with your Console.

I understand The Console Repair Centre is not responsible for any software or data lost on my System. I am responsible for backing up the data my System prior to shipping the unit to The Console Repair Centre for repair.
I understand The Console Repair Centre is not responsible for any damage caused to my Console / System during shipping to AND from the workshop. I understand that The Console Repair Centre will insure my Console during return shipment.
I understand the cost of return shipping and insurance will be added to the cost of the repair. This is usually between 5 and 25 euros depending on system.

We only ask for payment once the repair is completed. We accept the following payment methods:

VISA/Debit Cards/MasterCard/JCB/Switch/Solo, Cheques & BACS. Paying by credit card will incur a 2.29% surcharge.

Return insured delivery between €5.00 - €25.00 depending on system. Any repairs not paid for or uncollected after 3 months will be recycled to recover costs.
